Since establishing its US presence in Miami in 2021, Empira Group has grown exponentially and needed a larger space to match and further propel this growth.
The new office features floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing incredible views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay.
Project Overview

Empire partnered with OTJ Architects to help Empira Group, an international real estate investment firm, open its new North American HQ in Miami, Florida.

Home to over 50 employees, the open layout provides individuals with private workspaces, formal and informal gathering spaces for collaboration and a work cafe. To complete the project, Empire worked within Empira Group’s established standards and introduced them to new manufacturers that fit their scope and budget requirements.
