Empire proudly partnered with Gensler and G&T on the 13-floor headquarters of this prestigious law firm located in a LEED Gold building in NYC’s Hudson Yards district.
As the firm’s largest office worldwide, the space boasts 792 Halcon private offices and 372 Steelcase workstations.
Project Overview

Empire sourced furniture from over 40 manufacturers, including Geiger, Bernhardt, HBF, Martin Brattrud, Wilkhahn, Wall Goldfinger, and Minotti, as well as custom-made pieces such as large-scale Hale bookcases, a 15’ butterflied reverse live edge Urban Hardwood table and Beachley banquettes which were crafted with casters to be moveable and reconfigurable.

The Empire team dedicated to this large-scale project successfully worked with the client throughout its entirety, from mock-up, finish sample approval, and chair fair through multiple delivery phases and punchlist.

Home to more than 600 lawyers, this Class A office features enhanced amenities such as floor-by-floor pantries and eating areas, a library and reading room, flexible collaboration spaces, a reception and conference center floor, a wellness suite, and various mother’s rooms.
