Empire’s Creative Studio led the iterative design process with TPG, creating a furniture lookbook, an alternates package, a budget spreadsheet, and photo-realistic renderings to bring the vision to life. Empire sourced furniture from over 30 manufacturers, including Arper, Viccarbe, Stylex, Davis, Bernhardt, Wilkhahn, and Gubi. The workspace features AIS Oxygen benching, which complements the open, collaborative nature of the office and supports employees’ evolving workstyles. Empire’s custom millwork and furniture provider, Fabricate, played a key role in translating the company’s brand and culture into the space. They expertly crafted bespoke pieces that off-the-shelf furniture couldn’t achieve. This custom package includes banquettes, lockers, bookcases, tables, credenzas, stadium seating, the stone reception desk, and much more.

Each floor features a full pantry and coffee bar, along with a library for focused work, hospitality-inspired gathering spaces, and sweeping waterfront views, providing a personalized work environment for every individual.
