Throughout all project phases, MKDA and the Empire team prioritized wellness initiatives by selecting products composed of eco-friendly materials to achieve LEED certification.
Upon entry, an open floor plan paired with biophilic design and large-scale park murals immediately greets guests.
Project Overview

We collaborated with design firm MKDA on the new state-of-the-art office space for the notable non-profit client, Central Park Conservancy (CPC).

It reflects the client’s vision for creating a sanctuary and centralized location for employee collaboration. Additional gathering areas include a conference center, huddle rooms, a full cafe, and touchdown spaces.

The Empire team led the procurement, delivery, and installation of all products and worked one-on-one with the client to manage a tight timeframe and drive cost savings.
