Working alongside LGA Partners, Empire played a leading role in the ancillary furniture specification process, collaborating closely with the design firm to interpret the overall aesthetic and recommend furniture solutions aligned with the brand’s identity and budget.
This involved a hands-on approach that included multiple furniture look book iterations, showroom tours, and in-person chair evaluations.
The resulting workplace embraces an open, residentially inspired feel consistent with AEO’s brand, balancing warmth, flexibility, and functionality. Cafés, collaborative spaces, conference rooms, training rooms, and a dedicated finish library were integrated throughout the headquarters to support creativity, connection, and a variety of work styles.
