Empire partnered with Gensler on Wynwood Plaza Residences, a luxury mixed-use development in the heart of Miami’s arts district, to furnish and style a series of model residences and support the building’s shared spaces with curated accessories and artwork.
Our scope included the full specification, procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture and accessories for three model apartments: a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom. Each residence was designed to reflect the building’s high-end, modern residential aesthetic, with thoughtfully selected furnishings and accessories sourced from a mix of residential brands, including Crate & Barrel, CB2, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Blu Dot, Ethnicraft, Four Hands, Loloi Rugs, and Birch Lane. As selections evolved, our team proposed alternates for discontinued items or longer lead times, ensuring continuity in design intent while meeting budget and schedule requirements.
In addition to the model units, Empire sourced and styled accessories throughout the building’s common and amenity spaces using similar residential brands, and curated artwork for these areas through Leftbank Art. Together, these elements contribute to a cohesive experience from private residences to shared environments.
