Set within a modern urban community near downtown Raleigh, this 2,467-square-foot condominium was designed for young professionals and couples seeking a walkable, style-forward lifestyle. The layout balances open shared living areas with purposeful private zones, supporting everyday routines, remote work, and easy entertaining across multiple levels, including a rooftop terrace that extends living outdoors.
The interior blends clean modern lines with a softer transitional feel. A foundation of crisp whites and layered greys establishes a calm, contemporary backdrop, while green accents introduce freshness and subtle energy. Intentional “memory points” appear throughout the home—from statement wall treatments to curated art groupings—creating moments that feel distinctive without overwhelming the space. A dedicated home office with custom wallpaper offers an urban, work-from-home setting, while tailored trim detailing adds character to a guest bedroom.
