Designed for weekend escapes, family visits, and effortless comfort.
Where refined finishes meet laid-back livability.
Project Overview

In partnership with a residential builder in the South, our team designed and furnished this 1,883-square-foot townhouse through full design and installation services. Intended as a second home for a family from Raleigh in their mid-40s, the residence was curated to balance shared living spaces with private guest accommodations, creating a layout that supports both everyday living and extended stays.

The family room serves as the heart of the residence, anchored by a custom trim feature that establishes a focal point and guides the furniture layout. Throughout the home—from the entry and kitchen to the loft, bedrooms, and covered porch—each space was styled to emphasize flow, comfort, and intentional design.

Furnishings, rugs, and art were sourced from manufacturers including Jonathan Louis, Four Hands, Uttermost, Bassett Mirror, Riverside, Magnussen Home Furnishings, Legacy Classic Furniture, Stylecraft Home Collections, Rosenthal & Rosenthal, and Surya Carpets. Through thoughtful sourcing and efficient coordination, the project delivered an elevated, market-ready townhouse that feels refined, welcoming, and well suited for a relaxed second-home lifestyle.
