In partnership with a leading residential builder in North Carolina, our team led the design, furnishing, and installation of this 1,910-square-foot single-family residence. Designed to appeal to both value-conscious and higher-end buyers, the single-story model features high ceilings in the main living areas and a layout that maximizes natural light, creating an open, expansive feel that exceeds its footprint.
A neutral foundation is layered with intentional accents of warm greens, rust tones, and subtle pops of red and orange. Every detail—from lighting to hardware—was carefully selected to balance elevated finishes with practical, cost-conscious choices.
