A generously scaled family home layered with personality and intimate retreats.
Expressive interiors and thoughtful retreats shape this family-focused residence.
Project Overview

Designed as the largest single-family residence within its community, this 3,550-square-foot home was curated for a young family, balancing generous shared spaces with more personal retreats. The layout supports everyday family life while allowing flexibility through dedicated areas including a nursery, primary suite, flex office, and multiple gathering spaces throughout the home.

The builder’s vision was to create a residence rich in personality and memory-making moments. That intent is reflected through layered finishes, locally inspired artwork, and an eclectic transitional approach that feels expressive yet cohesive. Within the primary suite, a small sitting enclave was designed as a feminine retreat—offering a quiet, intimate space separate from the main bedroom—while the flex room functions as a tailored home office. In the nursery, pastel wallpaper adds a playful yet elevated layer to the space.

Highlighted areas such as the foyer and sunroom were treated as intentional design moments, adding depth and visual interest to the home’s overall flow. A palette of harvest gold and soft pinks is balanced with charcoal and brown accents, creating contrast while maintaining continuity throughout the home. Furnishings, rugs, and art were sourced from manufacturers including Four Hands, Jonathan Louis, Uttermost, Crestview Collection, Jaipur, Safavieh, Leftbank Art, Stylecraft, and Pottery Barn Kids. Thoughtful furniture placement, materials, and finishes were used to make the home feel cohesive and polished while reflecting the family-focused vision.
