The Evergreen Model
Photos by Catherine Nguyen
Defined by a modern, composed aesthetic, this 2,004-square-foot townhouse was designed for newlywed professionals seeking a quieter residential setting while maintaining a sophisticated, design-forward lifestyle. Completed between April and September 2025, the home supports a work-from-home routine while maintaining the comfort and polish expected of a primary residence.
Within the broader community, each townhouse was intentionally developed with a distinct design identity. The Evergreen Model represents the most refined and restrained direction, balancing a masculine modern influence with softer residential layering to keep the home feeling approachable rather than stark.
A black-and-white foundation is elevated through subtle contrast and controlled pops of green, creating visual interest without relying on heavy patterns or color saturation. The result is a palette that feels calm, tailored, and highly livable for a professional buyer.
Architectural and material detailing define key moments throughout the home. Wallpaper in Bedroom #3 introduces texture and personality, a trim feature wall anchors the great room, and shiplap detailing in the primary bedroom adds dimension while maintaining the home’s clean direction. Dedicated spaces such as the podcast room and primary suite support both productivity and retreat.
The design incorporates furnishings and accessories from manufacturers including furnishings, rugs, and art from manufacturers such as Four Hands, Magnussen Home Furnishings, Jonathan Louis, Crestview Collection, Dovetail, Modus Furniture, Moe’s Home Collection, Jaipur, Loloi, Uttermost, Safavieh, and Stylecraft.
