Completed between February and June 2025 through full design and installation services, the home balances warmth, function, and timeless residential appeal.
Soft neutrals establish a calm foundation throughout the interior, layered with subtle hints of blush and muted blue to introduce warmth without relying on trend-driven color. The overall palette keeps the home feeling bright, approachable, and lasting. Selections throughout the home include furnishings, rugs, and décor from partners such as Magnussen Home Furnishings, Jonathan Louis, Parker House, Four Hands, Riverside, Legacy Classic Furniture, Modus Furniture, Surya Carpets, and Loloi, balancing durability with timeless style.
The layout was intentionally planned to support both daily routines and lifestyle flexibility. A dedicated hobby space was designed as a pickleball room, directly responding to the builder’s request for an activity-focused area that supports an active lifestyle at home.
