Warm minimalism defines this modern, lifestyle-first residence.
Project Overview

Designed for a younger couple prioritizing both career and personal wellness, this 2,011-square-foot townhouse blends modern minimalism with warm, livable detailing. The layout was planned to support daily routines with intention, balancing open shared living areas with dedicated spaces for focused work and fitness.

A neutral foundation is elevated through warm gold accents and subtle rust tones, adding depth while maintaining a clean, streamlined aesthetic. Furnishings and finishes were selected to feel modern and elevated without sacrificing comfort, allowing the home to feel polished yet approachable.

Key lifestyle spaces—including a dedicated home office and exercise room—were incorporated early in the design process to ensure they function as permanent, purposeful rooms rather than flexible overflow spaces. The primary suite anchors the home as a quiet retreat, offering contrast to the more active zones while maintaining the same cohesive material and color story.

Furnishings, rugs, and artwork were sourced from manufacturers including Crestview Collection, Jonathan Louis, Magnussen, Riverside, Surya Carpets, Leftbank Art, Uttermost, Stylecraft, and Bassett Mirror, supporting a cohesive, market-ready result aligned with the builder’s vision for modern living.
