Where grounded palettes meet thoughtful residential design.
A neutral foundation is accented with moody reds, deep blues, and subtle touches of green, reflecting the coastal influence.
Project Overview

Layered textures, a grounded palette, and intentional detailing define this 1,856-square-foot townhouse in Leland, NC. Designed to reflect a modern coastal aesthetic with a slightly masculine edge, The Anchored Edit model balances comfort, functionality, and broad market appeal. The layout was approached with intention, focusing on how the home is lived in day to day, with spaces that feel relaxed, confident, and thoughtfully composed.

Custom shiplap walls in the upstairs hall and loft create visual continuity across upper-level spaces, while a trim feature wall in the primary bedroom adds architectural depth. Furnishings, rugs, and art were sourced from manufacturers including Jonathan Louis, Aspen Home, Crestview Collection, Magnussen Home Furnishings, Legacy Classic Furniture, Loloi, Uttermost, Surya, Bassett Mirror, and Stylecraft. Often-overlooked areas such as the upstairs hall and loft were elevated into intentional design moments, resulting in a cohesive, market-ready home delivered efficiently and within budget.
