A 60,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility bringing comprehensive orthopedic and spine care together under one roof.
Project Overview
Empire & Co. partnered with Gensler to furnish the Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Orthopedic & Spine Center in West Nyack, New York—creating a streamlined and welcoming experience for patients, caregivers, and staff.
The furniture scope included specification, procurement, delivery, and installation across five key areas of the center, including imaging, the ambulatory surgery center, orthopedic care, physical therapy, and shared common spaces. Offices, meeting rooms, open areas, and patient facing environments were thoughtfully furnished to support the varying needs of each space while contributing to a comfortable, hospitality-inspired healthcare setting.
Close coordination throughout the project helped ensure a smooth and efficient installation across the center. The result is a cohesive, patient-centered environment that balances comfort, functionality, and performance while supporting Montefiore Einstein’s multidisciplinary approach to orthopedic and spine care.
