Arcadis

Empire teamed up with design firm Arcadis to create a fresh, hospitality-driven look for their new Miami space. Located in Coral Gables, this project involved reconfiguring and refurbishing 13-year-old workstations, task seating, and storage pieces, alongside introducing new ancillary pieces with bright pops of color and plenty of green hues.
The purposeful juxtaposition of the open, welcoming floor plan with the private touchdown and meeting spaces enhanced the space’s overall success and functionality. Major manufacturers, such as Steelcase, Bernhardt, Blu Dot, Davis, and Hightower, provided key design elements punctuated by biophilic touches to bring a Miami flare to the space.
