Project Overview
Empire & Co. partnered with Fogarty Finger to furnish a hospitality-inspired tenant amenity space within a premier Manhattan building. Spanning 15,000 square feet, the shared destination was designed to serve tenants throughout the building, offering thoughtfully curated spaces that support productivity, collaboration, and connection.
A welcoming coffee bar, co-working lounge and library, flexible event space, large conference room, and outdoor terrace provide a variety of spaces for tenants to work, gather, and recharge.
Partnering closely with Fogarty Finger, Empire coordinated furnishings from a curated selection of manufacturers, including Audo Copenhagen, Andreu World, Expormim, Kettal, RH, Nucraft, and &Tradition.
Throughout the project, the team remained flexible by identifying alternate solutions that maintained the design intent while supporting budget goals. With the project located just minutes from Empire & Co.’s New York office, the team maintained an active onsite presence to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project, delivering a sophisticated amenity space that blends warmth, innovation, and timeless design.

A curated accessories collection, custom Jamie Stern banquettes, Eastvold tables, and Kasthall rugs add warmth and character, reinforcing the hospitality-inspired design.
