Empire & Co. Expands Atlanta Team with Senior Account Executive Kyle Zurak
Former MLB player brings client relationships and industry expertise to one of the country’s fastest-growing commercial real estate markets
Empire & Co., one of the nation’s largest commercial furniture and interior solutions providers, is proud to welcome Kyle Zurak as Senior Account Executive, Atlanta, further strengthening the company’s presence in one of the country’s fastest-growing commercial real estate markets.
Zurak brings nearly four years of commercial furniture industry experience and an established network of client relationships across the Atlanta market. His appointment comes as Atlanta’s continued growth—fueled by corporate relocations, business expansions, and evolving approaches to the workplace—creates new opportunities for commercial real estate and workplace design. Zurak will help Empire & Co. build on its growing market momentum, expand its regional reach, and deliver personalized solutions that respond to the changing needs of today’s workplace.

Before entering the commercial furniture industry, Zurak was selected in the 2017 MLB draft by the New York Yankees. Zurak spent six years playing professionally between the Yankees and the Detroit Tigers. He credits that experience with instilling the teamwork, discipline, and accountability he now brings to his work in commercial real estate. Zurak went on to spend nearly four years with another Atlanta-based dealership, where he built his expertise in commercial furniture sales, project management, and business development, while developing relationships with clients, brokers, architects, and designers throughout the market.
