A restrained palette creates a polished, feminine aesthetic.
A refined townhouse tailored for modern, independent living.
Project Overview

Designed for an independent, active female professional, this 2,019-square-foot townhouse balances everyday comfort with spaces suited for both relaxation and entertaining. The layout supports an easy, flexible way of living.

The builder’s vision centered on a distinctly feminine interior without relying on bold patterns or heavy color. A soft palette of blush and violet-taupe tones creates warmth and depth while remaining restrained, giving the home a polished, intentional feel. The overall design leans toward warm minimalism, where subtle layering and tonal variation create visual interest without overwhelming the space.

Custom elements were used selectively to define key moments throughout the home. Bedroom #2 features a trim accent wall that elevates the space for guest use, while wallpaper in the family room introduces soft texture and dimension. The home office was designed with a travel-inspired theme, reinforcing the lifestyle of the target buyer and adding a personal, curated layer to the home.

Highlighted spaces include the living room, primary suite, and guest bedroom. The home features furnishings and décor from manufacturers including Four Hands, Riverside, Uttermost, Craftmaster, Parker House, Aspen Home, Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Loloi, Leftbank Art, Stylecraft , and Dovetail. The final design delivers a refined, feminine townhouse that feels tailored, flexible, and highly livable.
